Biography
A/Prof Chong graduated from NUS (MBBS) before starting his postgraduate training at the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, National University Hospital in 1991. He obtained his MRACOG and MMED(O&G) in 1995. He received his advanced specialist training in the same hospital and became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore in 1998. A/Prof Chong was also conferred a Doctor of Medicine degree by NUS in 2006.His current practice at the NUH includes general obstetrics & gynaecology as well as female and male sexual dysfunction. He is the consultant-in-charge of the Delivery Suite and has special interest in natural childbirth and breastfeeding.
