Mrs. Sinuan Thasaphan serves as Independent Director of Thai Yuan Metal PCL since 2006. She has been a Chairman of Nomination and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee in the Company. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science.She is a is a Chartered Professional Engineer, with extensive experience in all facets of Chemical, plant operations. She has his expertise on various innovative Chemical technologies, her main research work focuses on time and cost reduction on technologies and evaluation process for improving techniques.
