Biography
Mr. Prachuab Chaiyasan serves as Chairman of the Board and Independent Director of Thai Yuan Metal PCL. He has also been Chairman of the Audit Committee in the Company since then. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Thammasat University, Thailand. He also has an Honorary Doctorate from Ramkhamhaeng University.
