Mr. Phadung Techasarin has been Independent Director of Textile Prestige Public Company Limited since 1999. He has also been Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of The Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee in the Company. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Thammasat University, Thailand.
