Dr. Kevser KAHRAMAN is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Food Engineering,, Abdullah Gul University , Turkey. His/Her research interests include Functional foods, enzyme resistant starch and health effects, cereal and cereal products technology, food chemistry, rheology. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Kevser KAHRAMAN is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Functional foods, enzyme resistant starch and health effects, cereal and cereal products technology, food chemistry, rheology.
