Dr. Mehmet ÅžAHÄ°N is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Physics, Abdullah Gul University , Turkey. His/Her research interests include Experimental:Electrical characterization of thin film solar cells, electrical characterization of metal-semiconductor diodes. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Mehmet ÅžAHÄ°N is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Experimental:Electrical characterization of thin film solar cells, electrical characterization of metal-semiconductor diodes.
