Dr. Zafer AYDIN is currently working as a zafer.aydin@agu.edu.tr in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Abdullah Gul University , Turkey. His research interests includes Bioinformatics, machine learning, pattern recognition, data mining, computational biology, protein structure prediction. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Zafer AYDIN is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Bioinformatics, machine learning, pattern recognition, data mining, computational biology, protein structure prediction.
