Dr. AHMET KÜÇÜKÇETİN is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Food Engineering, Akdeniz University , Turkey. His/Her research interests includes Food Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Grain Technology. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. AHMET KÜÇÜKÇETİN is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his/her Administrative responsibilities. He /she has authored of many research articles/books related to Food Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Grain Technology.
