Biography
She was born in 1956 in Istanbul city. Graduated from Sainte Pulchérie French High School in 1970, Ms. Dinçkök then studied in Switzerland. She graduated from St. Georges School in 1976. Nilüfer Dinçkök Çiftçi is still a member of boards of directors of Akkök Holding A.Åž and various companies of Akkök Group. According to the Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Market Board, Ms. Nilüfer Dinçkök Çiftçi is not qualified as an independent member. She has held the above-mentioned positions within the Company during the last ten years, and she is still a member of boards of directors of Akkök Holding A.Åž and Companies of Akkök Group.
