Solid medical background with MD degree and business education,MBA have provided me with a firm basis for the complex roles I have taken throughout 15 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in various strategic and operational positions in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Companies, both in Turkey and Internationally.A long track record of an inspirational, developing and successful leadership during 13 years as a line manager with budget responsibility.As well as being able to work independently and under pressure, highly focused and able to think and act strategically and to give direction to others.Excellent communication skills that have been demonstrated by the intensive communication across functions, countries and companies required by my role.Very strong customer focus which values goal orientation and team work.Fluency in two languages.
