Andrew Moore

Biography

I joined the business in March 2006 as a project manager. I was then promoted to account manager in 2008. In 2010 I shifted my interest to be more operational, exploring how and why we do things for the benefit of both the business and our clients. My primary responsibilities are to make sure we operate efficiently and consistently. My role evolves in line with our clients’ demands and strategy, with projects including technology developments, healthcare professional reporting, SMMP [in full?] and streamlining standard operating procedures. I manage the finance support team and drive our KPI performance to meet both client and business demands.
