Biography

 : BÄ°S ENERJÄ° is a joint-stock company founded in 1992 under the name of “Energy Production Autoproducer Group” to establish electric energy production and transmission plants in order to provide electricity and heat in order to meet the needs of the partners for their own scope of activity; within the framework of the Regulation no. 85/9799 and the regulations issued as annexes of the said Regulation which “Determines the Principles Allowing Establishments Other Than the Turkish Electricity Institution (TEK) to Establish and Operate Electric Energy Production Plants” under the Regulation no.18858 on 04.09.1985 issued pursuant to the Law 3096 prepared by the Republic of Turkey’s Council Of Ministers and enacted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey
