Biography
Vasıf Hasırcı is a professor in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering. His Research Field in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering is Hydrogels, controlled drug (antibiotic, pain reliever, growth factor, anticancer agent) delivery, responsive systems and liposomes, tissue engineering (bone, cartilage, retinal pigment epithelial cells, cornea, nerve, cardiac tissue), biodegradable polymers, hard tissue repair, nanobiomaterials. In Biotechnology they are Biosensors, bioreactors, biodegradation (pesticides, biopolymers).
