Biography
Taylan Özgür Kiraz, who was born in 1970, has a master's degree in Marmara University's Social Sciences Estyutus Private Law Department and a doctorate in Private Law Department of Institute of Social Sciences of Ankara University. He continues to work as an associate professor on the "Resignation Case in Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law". Sec. Kiraz is the President of the Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law at Maltepe University.
