Biography
Jeanne Gray leads the People Operations & Engagement function at Decision Resources Group. Her team is responsible for developing and executing people and talent strategies in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of hiring, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Prior to her current position, Ms. Gray was the Vice President and Global HR Business Partner to the Life Science Product Solutions division of DRG. She also held several different roles during her six years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in the recruiting, HR program management, and HR Business Partner functions. Ms. Gray joined DRG in 2014. She holds a MS in HR Management from Emmanuel College and a BA in Communication from Stonehill College.
