Biography

 I have broad and diverse experience in pharmaceutical and delivery device development. This has included securing executive commitment for new projects, and continually educating key stakeholders. I have progressed through positions of increasing scope and responsibility due to my ability to collaborate and integrate the roles essential to product development and launch: formulation and delivery device development, medical, marketing, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs in particular. I routinely lead global product teams, facilitate discussions where I am not the expert, formulate and execute development strategies, and quickly make operational and regulatory decisions with limited information. Additionally, I am able to communicate complex subjects in simple and concise terms, and frame strategic alternatives clearly for executive-level decision makers.
