Biography
He was born in 1960 in Gaziantep. She graduated from the Black Military Academy (1982), the War Academy (1992) and the Quetta Command and Staff College (2000). In addition to various continent and headquarters services as an officer, he has been serving as a member of the Ministry of Land and Air Attachment in Pakistan (2002-2004), Class Warfare Academy (2005-2008), Kosovo Turkish Representative Mission (2009-2010) and Directorate of Strategic Research Institute (2010-2013) He was on duty. He completed his doctorate in Istanbul University in 2012 with his thesis on "The effects of the 1905 Russian Revolution on the Ottoman State". He became an associate professor in 2015. He is currently a full time faculty member at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University.
