Peter Jonathan Starr

Biography

He was the philosopher ᶜIsā ibn Zurᶜa (Cambridge University, 2000). Peter Starr worked at the Faculty of Science and Literature of Çankaya University in Ankara between 2008-2013. He continues his research on Arabic philosophy and Arabic, which are his main interests. In the last year, Isḥāq ibn Ḥunayn examines the work of Nemesius of Humus and is prepared for publication (under the auspices of the University of Warwick). At the same time, Prof. Dr. Theodor Abt contributes to the Arab alchemy project.
