Biography
He received a B.S. degree in metallurgical engineering from Middle East Technical University, and a M.S. in ceramic engineering from Alfred University and a Ph.D. in materials science from the University of California, San Diego. He has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, and held various engineering and management positions.
Research Interest
His interests are MEMS technologies, probe and test systems, thin films, microfabrication, renewable energy systems, nanomaterials.
