He completed the Department of Political Science and International Relations at BoÄŸaziçi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (1999). Johns Hopkins University in the International Relations and International Economic Theory (2004) and the SUNY Binghamton University Philosophy, Interpretation, and Culture Program in the "International Relations and International Economic Studies" Comparative Political Theory "(2010). International relations theory and articles on Ibn Khaldun's theory of politics have been published.
