Biography
Dr. He received his flower degree from Istanbul Technical University Electronics and Communication Engineering Department in 2002 and his graduate degree from Sabancı University in 2004 in microelectronics. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of BoÄŸaziçi University in 2014. Istanbul Technical University has been honored with high honors and Nortel-Telekom scholarships for its successes in the field of flower licensing. The 2002 Siemens Award for Excellence In 2005, Çiçek participated in the TÜBİTAK National Electronics and Cryptology Research Institute and worked as an expert cryptographic hardware designer and communication security analyst in projects that concern Turkey's national security. Between 2015-2017, he worked as a postdoctoral research scientist at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include cryptographic hardware design, real random number generators, integrated circuit design, chaotic systems, and embedded systems.
