Biography
Ayşen Arslan (Develioglu), who completed her undergraduate education at the Istanbul Technical University, Department of Food Engineering at the Faculty of Chemical and Metallurgy in 2014, completed her master's degree at the Yıldız Technical University Food Engineering Program in 2017. She is also continuing her Ph.D. in the same university's Food Engineering Program. She completed her master's thesis with TUBİTAK project and served as project assistant at TUBİTAK MAM. She is an academic staff member of Istinye University Vocational High School Food Technology Department.
