Biography
She completed her undergraduate education at the Department of Food Engineering at Hacettepe University Faculty of Engineering in 1991. She completed her master's degree in 1994 and her doctorate in 2000 at Ege University Food Engineering Cereal Processing and Engineering Department and in the same year as a Research Assistant in Food Engineering Department she worked. She worked as a post-doctoral specialist and worked as a lecturer in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Nicosia University Faculty of Fine Arts between 2013 and 2016 and in the Department of Gastronomy at the Istanbul University of Applied Sciences in the years of 2016-2017 as a member of the Gastronomy Foods Commission, Member of the Board of Directors of the Implementation and Research Center. Since 2015, TASPAKON (Confederation of All Cooks and Pastacles) is running the Presidency of Science Committee. There are national and international congress reports, journals, conferences, juries and projects related to the topic.
