Biography
Fadime Begüm OTAG, who completed her undergraduate education at the Department of Food Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Ankara University in 2011, completed her master's degree at Erciyes University Institute of Science and Technology, Food Engineering Department in 2014. She continues to her doctorate at Pamukkale University Department of Food Engineering. In 2016, she worked as a research assistant in the Department of Gastronomy at the Istanbul University of Development. She is currently serving as an Academic Staff member at İstinye University Food Technology Program.
