Biography

She graduated from Hacettepe University in 1989 with first place. İhsan Doğramacı Outstanding Achievement Award and Science Encouragement Award. Amateur Pilot license, international management and leadership certificate, parachute certificate owner. The British Council earned Sigma Theta Tau and INDEN research scholarships and did scientific work in England, Israel and the USA. Thematic Network is an active member of the leadership working group. Between 1990 and 2016, she was a member of Hacettepe University Faculty of Health Sciences Nursing Department, Erasmus Department Coordinator, Strategic Planning Group Presidency and Hacettepe University Women's Issues Research and Application Center (HUKSAM) Board of Directors. More than 90 scientific articles published in national and international indexed journals, over 110 reports, 4 international, 8 national book chapter writers, 3 book editors, and more than 300 international journals. She was the founding dean of Hacettepe University Faculty of Nursing, member of the Senate and member of the Board of Directors. Member of the Board of Directors of Hacettepe University Hospitals, Member of the Board of Nursing Research and Implementation Center, Deputy Director of the Lymph Node Edema Research and Application Center, Member of Advisory Board of Research and Application Center for Supportive and Complementary Services between 2012-2016, Hacettepe University Hospitals Nursing Services Directorate, Hacettepe University Hospitals Board Member Member of Advisory Board of Level Health Technology Education and Research Center (STEM), Founding Member of Child Health and Development Application and Research Center, Member of Advisory Board of Hacettepe University Hospitals Quality Council and Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Since August 2016, she has been serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at İstinye University and as the Director of Nursing Services Directorate of MLPCare Health Group.
