Biography
O. Bahadır Dinçer graduated from Middle East Technical University (Ankara), Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 2006. He received his master's degree from the Department of International Relations at the American University (Washington DC) School of International Service between 2007-2008. He made. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Political Science Department of Bilkent University (Ankara) in 2016. O. Bahadır Dinçer also studied Arabic at the University of Cairo for a period in Cairo where the Ministry of National Education went to Egypt with a scholarship. He speaks English and Arabic.
