Biography

 Haci Fettah Kadooglu, a municipal police officer in Cizre Municipality, gave a great chance to turn his dreams into reality at the same time when he gave his 16 year old son Cemal KadooÄŸlu a retirement bonus. Cemal Kadooglu, who was taken to the commercial life at a very young age, started to sell all kinds of materials to the neighboring Iraq when he came to Turkey in 1977.
