Dr. Ebru Özgür is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems, Middle East Technical University , Turkey. His research interests includes Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Ebru Özgür is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
