Biography
Harun Kemal Ozturk is a associate professor in the department of mechanical engineering at pamukkale univeristy. He completed his primary and secondary education in Ardahan. In 1984, he completed his education in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Karadeniz Technical University in 1987 at the end of 4 years. He graduated from the Technical University of Blacksea in the same year and completed his graduate studies in 1990. Between 1987-1990, he worked as a traffic engineer in the General Directorate of Highways as well as graduate studies and participated in many courses on this subject. In 1991, he started to work as a research assistant at Dokuz Eylül University Denizli Engineering Faculty. He started his doctoral studies at Dokuz Eylül University in 1992, but in the same year he earned his doctorate abroad, inde After studying foreign language at Wayne State University for six months, she continued her doctoral studies at Sussex University in England. He completed his doctoral studies in 1998 and returned to Turkey. Between 1999 and 2000, he served as a reserve officer in the Ministry of National Defense, İzmir İnşaat Emlak.
