Research Interest
Functional materials for components in electronic applications. Phase transitions in functional oxides and artificially grown multilayers/superlattices. Effect of defects on thermodynamics and phase transitions of crystalline materials. Ferroelectrics and dielectrics with tunable properties. Semiconducting properties of ferroelectrics as wide bandgap systems. Growth and characterization of ferroelectric and multiferroic films using chemical precursor methods.
