Biography
Between 1987-1991, she completed her undergraduate education in Department of Food Science and Technology of Ankara University Faculty of Agriculture as tshe first in her department. In 1993, YÖK won tshe scholarship abroad and went to America on behalf of Mustafa Kemal University. Between 1994-1996, she received her master's degree, and between 1996-2000 she completed her doctorate degree in Ohio State University Department of Food Science and Technology. She was appointed assistant professor at Mustafa Kemal University in December 2000 and as associate professor in 2006. From 2008 to 2009, she went to Kyrgyzstan Manas University in Kyrgyzstan as guest lecturer in order to provide training. In January 2015 she was appointed Professor of Food Engineering at Sakarya University Engineering Faculty. Our expertise is in food packaging and preservation,
