Biography
Gizem Tanrıvere was born in Gaziantep on October 1, 1988. After completing elementary and secondary schools in Gaziantep, she received her high school education at Adana Anatolian High School. She graduated from Middle East Technical University with a BS degree in International Relations in 2011. Upon completing her thesis named as "Parental Education and Time with Children: An Analysis Using 2006 Turkish Time Use Survey", she received her MS degree from METU Economics Department. She continues to her PhD studies in Economics Graduate Program at METU.
