Mehin Akhun Işıklı

Biography

Dr. Akhun got her BS degree from BoÄŸaziçi University, Departmen of Psychology, and her MS degree from same university, Department of Clinical Psychology. In 2012, she got her doctoral degree from Hacettepe University, Department of Clinical Psychology. After graduation she worked BoÄŸaziçi University Psychological Research and Guidance Center (BÜPAM) as a Clinic Psychologist. In 2005 she constituted Psychological Counseling Center in Işık University and started to work as a Psychotherapist. During 2010-2011 she worked as part time lecturer in Yeditepe University. Since 2011 she has been working in Carpe Diem. Since 2015 she has been working as part time lecturer in Ufuk University and since 2016 she has been working as part time lecturer in TED University, Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling.

Research Interest

Her interests are composed of Psychodynamic psychotherapies, relational problems, greef, anxiety disorders, personality disorders and depression.
