Yıldız Çiçek Sivri

Biography

Yıldız Çiçek SÄ°VRÄ° was born in 1993. She started to study piano in 2004 at Anadolu University State Conservatory, Department of Music with Prof. Zöhrab ADIGÜZELZADE. She gave her first resital at the end of the first year that she started to study piano and joined her first masterclass actively in the same year and she also had a chance to study with Naum SHTARKMAN. In 2006, two years after starting to study piano, she participated “Onay Sanat Piyano Güzellemesi” piano competition and gained prize, this was the first and the only time that she had placed in a competition. Sivri participated international festivals as “Art Connects International Festival” held in Italy, “GümüÅŸlük 7th Intenational Classical Music Festival” held in Bodrum, GümüÅŸlük, Turkey, “Piano Loop Festival” held in Croatia and gave concerts. In addition to this, she gave resitals at the openings of many events and symposiums. She played as a soloist with  AÜDK Symphony Orchestra  with conductor Erdem ÇöloÄŸlu. Up to the present, she gave solo and chamber music concerts in various cities in France, Italy, Croatia and Turkey and took part in many concerts. At some of these concerts, she took the stage with international well-known pianists as Ä°dil BÄ°RET and Gökhan AYBULUS and won recognition. Up to the present, she participated actively in Ä°dil BÄ°RET, Gülsin ONAY, Emre ÅžEN, Kemal GEKİĆ, Nikolai DEMIDENKO, Naum SHTARKMAN, Jean-Bernand POMMIER, Edna GOLANDSKY, Giselle BRODSKY, Valentin SURIF, Makoto UENO, Renato PREMEZZI, Giulia VALENTE, Hüseyin SERMET, Özgür AYDIN, Emir GAMSIZOÄžLU, Oytun EREN, Toros CAN, Hülya TARCAN, Seçil AKDÄ°L, Zerin RASUL, Özgür ÜNALDI and Birsen ULUCAN’s masterclasses and had the chance to study with these musicians. Sivri participated passively in Alfred BRENDEL, Herbert SCHUCH, Gabrielle LEPORATTI, Massimo COTTICA, Zeynep ÜÇBAÅžARAN, Alicja KLEDZÄ°K, Piotr ZUKOWSKI, Canan KARAAY and Sezi SEZKIR’s masterclasses. Besides these ones, she participated actively in Giancarlo GUARÄ°NO's masterclass in the field of chamber music.  In addition, in 2010 and 2012 she studied privately with Prof. Wolfgang MANZ, Prof. Robert BENZ, Prof. Thomas GUENTER, Prof. Wolfgang BLOSER, Prof. Peter EICHER, Prof. Pi-hsien CHEN, Prof. Michael LEUSCHNER, Prof. Andreas IMMER and mostly with Prof. Dr. Tibor SZASZ in various cities in Germany.  During the 2013-2014 academic year, with ERASMUS, she studied in France, at Conservatoire de Lyon and studied piano with Alain JACQUON and chamber music with Catherine DIETTE.
