Biography

Dr. Ismail Burhan Turksen, had gained his PhD. from University of Pittsburgh (USA) in Operations Research and Systems Management Engineering (1969). He had done MSc. from University of Pittsburgh (USA)in Industrial Engineering (1962. He had worked as Professor at University of Toronto (Canada, as Director at Knowledge / Intelligence Systems Laboratories (Canada). He had been Visiting Professor at METU, Osaka University (Japan) and Tokyo Institute of Technology (Japan).
