Biography
He completed his higher education in the Petroleum Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University. MemioÄŸlu started to work as an Expert Engineer in TPAO in 1979. After that, he was appointed as VP of Energy Group at Koç Holding in 1999, after having worked as TPAO Production Manager and International Projects Group President. MemioÄŸlu continued his business life as a member of Koç Holding Energy Group Executive Board from 2003 to 2004, and served as Koç Holding Energy Group President between May 2004 and April 2016. MemioÄŸlu has been a member of the Board of Directors of TüpraÅŸ since 2006.
