Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University. He started his career in the Board of Auditors of the Ministry of Finance in 1969. He served as Deputy Director General of the Treasury of the Ministry of Finance in 1979-1982 and as Deputy Executive Director of the World Bank (IBRD) he was appointed later. He joined the Koç Group in 1987 and the Koç Group, in charge of Finance Coordinator, Vice President, and Finance Group, has appointed a retirement fund in December 2001. He currently manages his own financial advisory firm. Since April 4, 2012, he is an independent member of TüpraÅŸ Board of Directors.
