Biography
Rahmi M. Koç graduated from Johns Hopkins University Industrial Relations and Administration Department. He started his business life in Koç Group in 1958, Otokoç company and has worked in various senior positions in Koç Holding throughout his working life. Rahmi M. Koç, who was the President of the Executive Committee in 1980, was appointed as the Chairman of the Koç Holding Board of Directors in 1984. He has been working with Koç Holding Honorary Chairman since 2003. Rahmi M. Koç, President of the International Chamber of Commerce in 1995-1996, Deputy Chairman of Board of Trustees of Vehbi Koç Foundation, Board of Trustees of Koç University, Rahmi M. Koç Founder and Chairman of Board of Directors, VKV American Hospital, TURMEPA / Founder Member and Honorary President of Deniz Clean Association, He is also the Honorary President of TÜSÄ°AD High Advisory Council, Member of Advisory Board of TÄ°SK, Honorary Member of Foreign Policy Association, Member of Honorary Board of Trustees of New York Metropolitan Art Museum and Founding Member of Global Association Forum Association. Rahmi M. Koç has been a member of the Board of Directors of TüpraÅŸ since 2008.
