Alparslan Bayraktar

Biography

 Alparslan served as Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources Bayraktar, before coming to this reference, Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources External Relations and General Directorate of the European Union. Bayraktar, between the years 2010-2016 Energy Market He became a member of the Organizing Authority (EPDK). Prior to his role in EPDK, he worked as an entrepreneur and manager in domestic and foreign companies. During the EPDK board membership, by developing cooperation between different energy regulators which is one of the important organizations contributing to sustainability on a global scale, Energy The Organizing Committee of the Confederation (ICER) and national regulatory Energy Regulators established to develop transnational regulatory norms Regional Bayraktar, who also served as chairman of the Union (ERRA), is currently the ERRA advisory board continues its presidency. Completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul Technical University Department of Mechanical Engineering Mr. Bayraktar is a graduate of Bilkent University Faculty of Law in Economics Law and Tufts International Relations at Fletcher International School of Law and Diplomacy He completed his master's degree in the field.
