Biography

Uni-Mar Enerji Yatırımları A.Åž. produces and sells electrical energy through the 'Build-Operate-Transfer' model, which is subject to Article 4 of Law No. 3096 and Decree No. 18858 on electricity generation, transmission, distribution and trading of establishments other than Turkish Electricity Authority . All of the investment was covered by private capital resources and the construction of the plant was completed within 29 months and the operation was completed in June 1999.
