Biography
Prof. Gültekin, after graduation from Erzurum High school with rank No 1, enrolled to Istanbul University, Faculty of Chemistry, Department of Chemical Engineering. Graduated from University with MS degree in June 1973. He was valedictorian at the University graduation. Then he went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) for MS and PhD Studies. He got his MS and PhD from MIT in 1977 and 1980, respectively. He became Asst. Prof. in 1981 and Assoc. Prof in 1984. In 1994 he became full professor.
