Biography
Born in Istanbul. Tuba Sevimoğlu graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Chemical Engineering. She completed her master's degree at the Department of Industrial Engineering, Florida International University in Florida, USA, as an assistant at the same time. At the same time, she worked on NASA-supported intelligent simulation applications project. She holds the Alpha Pi Mu that is an honorary membership for outstanding students. She completed her Ph.D. in Marmara University Bioengineering Department (English). During her Ph.D. study, she completed a research project on the identification of psoriasis-related biomarkers. Dr. Sevimoğlu has 4 printed articles and 2 articles within the scope of SCI. She also has reports posted at international conferences. Dr. Sevimoğlu is a board member / member of various associations within the scope of social responsibility projects.

research immune system diseases, human protein interaction networks analysis, advanced data analysis, optimization, data validation.
