Biography
e completed his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. programs in electronics and communications engineering at Istanbul Technical University. His academic career, started at Yıldız Technical University as a specialist, continued at the Istanbul Technical University as a Research Assistant, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor. He was with the University of California, Berkeley, as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer. Later, he worked at Dokuz Eylül University and İzmir University of Economics as a Full Professor, also served as the Dean of the Engineering Faculty and, respectively, the Director of the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences. In addition to his regular appointments, he has lectured and/or conducted research at Aachen Applied Sciences, Boğaziçi, Kocaeli, Paris-Est, Paris-Nord and Sakarya Universities. He is currently working in Yaşar University as a Full Professor and serving as the Director of the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Science
