Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist/Consultant at USAID Strengthening Decentralization for Sustainability (SDS) program and a final year student of Master of Science degree of Monitoring and Evaluation at Uganda Martyrs University. A Statistician with a proven ability in development, design and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation solutions that track projects through their lifecycle linking progress with the overall goals. Having served in several related positions for instance: data analyst (Government of Uganda and World Bank project NUSAF-1), Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (CARITAS), District EMIS Officer (seconded by UNICEF Uganda to Local Government), M&E Manager (American Refugee Committee International), regional Health Information Support Officer (John Snow Inc., USA) and as a freelance M&E Consultant.
