Biography
Nishant Saxena recently joined Cipla, one of the largest Pharma companies in India (US$1.5bn revenues) first as CFO-India and now he is based in South Africa. He started and ran Elements Akademia, an award winning social enterprise for 7 years before that. Prior to that, he worked in Corporate Finance with Procter & Gamble for 7 years, as Deputy CFO- P&G India and M&A Head. He worked as an expatriate across various countries: Japan, Philippines, Singapore and South Africa and across various business units (Beautycare, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals etc.) Nihsant has part-time teaching experience (to graduate, post-graduate students and adult learners) in various countries and has taught Economics, Finance, Strategy, Accounting etc. in IIMs, NUS Singapore and SP Jain Dubai. His Specialties are in: Startup, M&A, Corporate Finance, Organization Building and Operating B-schools.
