Biography
A founding Director and Chief Commercial Officer at CiplaQCIL, Mr. George Baguma was also the founding Chief Commercial Officer at Cipla Quality Chemicals Ltd from 2000 to 2005. George is a former Deputy Commissioner at the Directorate of Animal Resources in the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industries and Fisheries in Uganda. He has a degree and postgraduate diploma from Makerere University and a master’s and doctorate degree from Imperial College in London.
