Dr Muyonga J is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Department of Food Technology and Human Nutrition, Makerere University , Uganada. His research interests includes Food Technology and Human Nutrition. He is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Muyonga J is the member of many international affiliations. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities. He has authored of many research articles/books related to Food Technology and Human Nutrition.
