Julia Kondakov

Biography

Julia Kondakov has a wide experience in business development and corporate management in an international environment. Mrs. Kondakov Julia has served in the position of both General Manager and Director of Business Development at a Russian-based CRO since 2006 prior to co-founding Accell Clinical Research. General Manager of a US-based company.Prior to her career as a business executive, Julia has been engaged in laboratory research focused on the discovery of novel gene therapies for breast cancer, and many years later oncology research remains in her line of interest. Julia has extensive positive experience with forming and implementing business growth strategies, planning and managing corporate finances, possesses a solid network of industry relationships, and enjoys over 10 years of hands-on experience in setting up Phase I-IV multicenter, multinational clinical trials in Eastern Europe and CIS countries in various indications with a strong focus on oncology. Mrs. Kondakov earned a B.S. degree in Biology from Georgetown University, Washington, DC.
