Biography
Kirill Zhuravlev graduated from First Medical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia, completed his doctoral dissertation in melanoma, and worked for 11 years as an oncologist treating patients suffering from lung cancer, head & neck tumors and melanoma at the Research Institute of Oncology named after N.N. Petrov. Following his career as a practicing oncologist, Kirill joined the pharmaceutical industry and worked as a medical representative and regional manager in a pharmaceutical company. Kirill began his path in the CRO business in 2003 and has held the positions of a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and General Manager in various CRO companies. His MBA degree earned at the International Management Institute, St. Petersburg (IMISP) gives Accell a solid support in everyday project and line management, as well as in executive oversight of the Project Management Unit. Throughout his career in the pharmaceutical industry, Kirill has performed project management and project director functions in more than 30 phase I-IV clinical trials in different therapeutic areas involving sites across Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and European Union.
