Biography
Natalia Nayanova graduated from First Medical Institute n.a. Pavlov in Saint Petersburg, Russia, with a Medical Doctor degree with specialization on Psychiatry in St. Petersburg, Russia. She practiced psychiatry for three years prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry. Following her medical career, Dr. Nayanova worked for 10 years in global pharmaceutical and CRO companies holding various management positions. Dr. Nayanova managed the Oncology group of products for 8 years at Rhône-Poulenc Rorer – Aventis. There she was responsible for the company’s marketing and advancement of the Oncology Group of products on the territory of Russian Federation and CIS. In 2007 Natalia co-founded ACCELL Clinical Research. She has extensive experience in managing II–IV Phase trials in cardiology, endocrinology, urology and oncology. During her career Natalia had managed in various capacities multinational, multicenter clinical trials in Eastern Europe, Western Europe and the CIS countries for clients including the largest global pharmaceutical corporations and small to mid-size biotech companies. Natalia holds an MBA from the International Management Institute, St. Petersburg (IMISP) and consults on various organizational and medical aspects of clinical studies.
